Rune Jakobsson is an experienced artist who has been painting for over 50 years. His oil paintings can mainly be found in Värmland, Sörmland, and western Sweden. He also holds courses and painting groups to inspire others to discover the joy of painting.

Lars Hällzons Lars Hällzon’s artwork consists of oil paintings, often depicting natural landscapes. His driving force is the desire to capture light and offer the viewer a moment of nature’s presence. He hopes his paintings bring peace and calm to the soul, offering inspiring glimpses of light and shadow that we often overlook in our hectic world.

Lars has been painting in oil since 1993, with a long break between 2005 and 2023 due to work and studies. He exhibited his works from 1998 to 2005 and resumed exhibiting in the spring of 2024.

Hugo Ljungkvist From Götene, he is a musician, songwriter, writer, and artist who for the past five years has been creating vibrant acrylic paintings in the pop art genre. His work brings new life to songs and artists through portraits and playful motifs.

Since the launch of Art by Hugo in 2020, he has held around 30 exhibitions, mainly in Västergötland but also in Värmland. Notable venues include Karlstad City Library, Galleri Lidan in Lidköping, and Hellekis Manor on Kinnekulle. At Mellomgården, several of his new 2025 works are on display — free interpretations of The Beatles, Blur, Jimi Hendrix, Bob Dylan, Tina Turner, and more — alongside earlier pieces and sculptures. 

– “Art gives me the opportunity to showcase the imaginary scenes, ideas, and concepts that appear in my mind. Sometimes, when words and melodies aren't enough, art provides a clearer and more direct form of expression. I hope my paintings bring joy, motivation, and add a splash of color to everyday life.”

Catrine Sandberg’s photography celebrates the power, resilience, and independence of nature. Through her images, she portrays nature as superior and ever-present – despite humanity’s attempts to control it.

Her subjects are often drawn from the landscapes of Mösseberg and Ålleberg, with a focus on details, forms, and the unique expressions of plant life. Her work captures the voice of nature, its small communities, and quiet comfort.

Mats Broberg is a retired art teacher, raised near the Billinge area. Over the years, his many visual impressions have been transformed into personal and atmospheric artistic expressions.

Sara W Nelin Her art consists of cheerful and playful drawings created with ink and markers, where the titles play an important role in the overall expression. With humor and warmth, she hopes the viewer will leave the exhibition with a smile and a warm feeling inside.

Sara has been an active exhibiting artist since 2012, but she’s held a pen since childhood – and never put it down.
